| dc.description.abstract | The Community Health Information Partnership Symposium was held in Jackson Hole Wyoming on Oct. 11, 2005. Thirty-six participants interested in learning about the process of forming partnerships to enhance the sharing of health information attended the Symposium. Participants were chosen to provide a representative sample of policy makers and others interested in forming or enhancing existing partnerships in the MidContinental Region.Categories for selection included the following categories:
