| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the NLM-Centric Network is to develop an independent source of information on the performance of selected Internet connections to and between NLM and select medical libraries. Hopefully this Internet performance information will assist the participating institutions and technical staffs in understanding, managing, evaluating, and, as needed, trouble-shooting their Internet connectivity. In Phase II, the NLM-Centric Network will be expanded to include one Resource Library from each of the eight RML regions. In the MidContinental Region, Archie R.
