dc.description.abstract | Wild Yonder is a body of large mixed media, collage wall hangings made from scrapes fabric, textiles, prints, drawings, and rubbings. All these elements come together to form a post-apocalyptic world in each piece, populated by scooters, beer cans, satellites, and wild people called wildings. The artwork deals with themes of environmentalism, and legacy by way of a science fiction narrative. | |
