| dc.description.abstract | Author's statement: "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world" ~Nelson Mandela Earlier this year I had the pleasure of presenting my research at the Kansas State Capital to administers and legislators with the goal of ensuring the leaders in our state are striving towards equity for all students in higher education, regardless of their race. The work wasn't easy, but the impact/opportunity made it worth every second. | en_US |
