People's Liberation Army Day here in China:, time to party for the Party and celebrate the army's formation back in 1927. This year, however the celebration may be a little less fun, Why? Because the government has just issued a decree banning virtual romances for soldiers for fear of security breaches. This ban includes on line dating, blogging, friending and even job hunting. So commanding officers are working on alternate ways to help their troops--especially men--find love among the barracks.
