dc.description.abstractIntegrated Project Delivery (IPD) has gained attention in the United States and Europe as an effective delivery method for construction projects. The aim of this research paper is to determine the major causes of delay in projects in Saudi Arabia. This paper also presents recommendations and suggestions for eliminating these causes of delay. In addition, it aims to find out if IPD can be applied to avoid these delays in construction project completion.
