dc.description.abstractThe Internet provides a seemingly limitless set of opportunities to conduct legitimate and profitable business. There are many types of businesses that can use the Internet in a variety of ways to sell or conduct business. This document provides a business model for one such company that will sell website development and design to small and medium-sized businesses. Most new companies (not just those on the Internet) fail within the first year. A business model is an essential tool towards establishing goals, techniques, direction, and in gaining a competitive advantage.
