dc.descriptioninfluence of J. R. Kantor's interbehavioral psychology on behavior analysis, literature review
A review of the literature and a survey of 143 board members of the Journal for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior, the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, and Behaviorism delineated the contributions of J. R. Kantor's interbehavioral psychology to the field of behavior analysis. Contemporary behavior analytic research and theory are evolving in directions either influenced by, or consonant with Kantor's approach. It is concluded that Kantor's interbehavioral psychology and his writings offer an important and valuable source of ideas and concepts for the future of behavior analysis.
