dc.description.abstractLegerski is a PhD student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Kansas who is currently working on her dissertation, titled, “The Effects of Family, Work, and Policy Changes on Low-Income Women’s Health Insurance Stability and Poverty,” which is a quantitative exploration of longitudinal data collected from low-income women in Boston, Chicago, and San Antonio. She plans to complete her dissertation work by Spring 2010.
