dc.description.abstract | Considering the adequacy of federally authorized and state implemented community-based long-term care programs, this research examines the characteristics of these programs most conducive to elderly persons living in the least restrictive environment that their health will allow. Results suggest that service availability and population explain a significant proportion of the adequacy of the Home- and Community-Based Services program in Kansas. | |
