| dc.description.abstract | Value-Based Payment structures were implemented for mental health agencies receiving funding from the Jackson County, MO Community Mental Health Fund. These structures focus on key performance indicators developed based on agency values related to client access and clinical outcomes of behavioral health treatment. Agency personnel and key stakeholders provided feedback to leadership regarding training and implementation experiences, as well as describing key challenges and supports. | |
