dc.description.abstractThis report presents the results of a study done by the Institute for Public Policy and Business Research for the Kansas Arts Commission (KAC). The purpose of the study was to: delineate the scope of the Kansas Arts Commission activities within the state, measure the additional state product due to the existence of the Kansas Arts commission, provide a picture of the degree to which Kansans are involved in arts activities in general and the activities of local arts organizations in particular, measure Kansans' willingness to pay for additional activities in their local areas, and develop useful marketing information for the Kansas Arts Commission.en_US
