dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this project is to determine how the mix of the local employment base has changed over time. Areas examined include: the importance of the role of the University in the Lawrence/Douglas County economy, and if growth in other categories, such as Manufacturing, have provided an increase in economic diversity.
