For some time coaches and physical education teachers have been interested in determining the factors that affect shooting ability and ball-handling ability in basketball. It was felt that the size of the hand might have a bearing on basketball goal shooting and ball-handling ability. It is hoped that this study may be the beginning of a series of studies to determine what the factors are which determine shooting and ball-handling ability.en_US
