Wayne F. Doll shares his personal narrative of service during World War II in the U.S. Navy, 1944-1946. He served in the Pacific theater, primarily at Okinawa, the Philippines, and Japan. He was the Quartermaster navigator aboard LSM 122.
Description
A short video clip of Mr. Doll reading his memoir's final page is also included. This memoir is part of the Center for East Asian Studies Interview Series which shares personal experiences related to East Asia.
