This is an instructional video on wrapping two bottles. This way of wrapping is one of the most easiest and the most common way to wrap bottles. By carrying them in this way, the objects are very stable and do not bump into each other. This technique can also be used to store/carry your shoes! The video is designed as a supplemental hands-on material for teaching about Japanese culture to elementary to junior high school students. In this tutorial, you will need:• Two bottles • And one furoshiki cloth the length of about three times the height of the bottles. This can be in any cloth you would like, however, if you were going to carry this around using the handle, we would recommend using a fabric that is a not too thin or slippery. And you would want to do this furoshiki fold on a flat and stable surface!Steps to follow:1. You will first spread out the furoshiki in a diamond shape with the side you want to show facing down the table. 2. Stand the two bottles side-by-side in the center of the cloth and lay them with the mouth facing outwards with their bottoms facing each other. There should be enough space between the two bottles about the size of your fist. 3. Fold one of the corners closest to you and make a triangle. Be careful when doing this! Don’t let your bottles runaway from you!4. Roll the two bottles away from you against the table.5. Make sure the tip of the rolled corner comes in towards the middle and push it into the space between the two bottles. 6. While pushing the corner in, make the two bottles to stand up.7.
