DATASETS FOR: Climatic stability drove the diversification of multiple bird lineages in Amazonia

Abstract

DATASETS FOR: primary occurrence data for ecological niche models and phylogeographic analyses of a set of Amazon-Basin bird clades. PhylogeographicSampling.csv includes the geographic coordinates, sample ID number, and species for each sample. The folder DataForNicheModels includes individual .csv ASCII files formatted for use in Maxent, an ecological niche modeling program.
