dc.description.abstract | Oral history interview with Scott and Teresa Day conducted by Haley Claxton at Day Insurance in Topeka, Kansas, on June 22, 2015. This interview features a married couple, Scott Day and Teresa Day, who are members of Crossroads Cowboy Church in Perry, Kansas. They discuss their relationship with Crossroads Cowboy Church and why they choose to attend services and participate in events there. Prominent topics include discussion of how the Bible is incorporated in service, the fellowship of the church, the future of the church, and the incorporation of horses in the ministry. This interview was conducted for the Religion in Kansas Project as part of a summer fieldwork internship funded by the Friends of the Department of Religious Studies. | en_US |
