This fanciful study compares the two Linear A roundel inscriptions (ca. 1600 BCE) from the nearby sites of Gournia and Pyrgos and suggests that, if they are related in subject matter, they might refer to the shipment of bulls and gold to the religious sanctuary at Syme.
