The angular distributions of the decay Lambda(c)(+) --> Lambda e(+)nu(e) have been studied using the CLEO II detector. By performing a three-dimensional maximum likelihood fit, the form factor ratio R = f(2)/f(1) is determined to be -0.25 +/- 0.14 +/- 0.08. The decay asymmetry parameter of the Lambda(c) averaged over q(2) is calculated to be alpha(Lambda c) = -0.82(-0.06-0.03)(+0.09+0.06) .
