Broadcast Transcript: Father of the Nation, Old Blood and Guts, the Godfather of Soul: with historical acts come historical handles. For South Korean Parliamentarian Sim Jae-duck, it's Mr.Toilet. Sim worked to improve restroom quality prior to the 2002 World Cup games on Cheju Island. Last November, the World Toilet Association kicked off its first annual conference in South Korea. According to the World Health Organization, improving bathroom facilities around the world would cost 10 billion dollars--the amount Europeans spend on ice cream annually. With 1.8 million people dying each year because of improper sanitation, Mr. Toilet's campaign is a noble one, even if the nickname is not. #ceas #SouthKorea #tsutsui #vonholten
