From 1984-1988, students enrolled in the Criminal Justice Clinic at University of Kansas School of Law published the Kansas Criminal Procedure Review. Kansas and federal law are included emphasizing recent cases and aimed at the Kansas legal practitioner. The Review is organized according to the chronology of the criminal process. Each chapter includes a brief introduction that gives a general overview of the law and cites significant case law, statutes, and rules. Following the introduction is a survey of relevant cases decided by the United States Supreme Court, the Kansas Supreme Court, and the Kansas Court of Appeals. The major cases are analyzed and the holdings of the other cases are listed.
