Using data recorded by the CLEO II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we report evidence for two new charmed baryons, one decaying into Xi(c)(+) pi(+) pi(-) via an a intermediate Xi(c)(*o) and its isospin partner decaying into Xi(c)(o)pi(+)pi(-) via an intermediate Xi(c)(*+). We measure the mass differences of the two states to be M(Xi(c)(+)pi(+)pi(-)) - M(Xi(c)(+)) = 348.6 +/- 0.6 +/- 1.0 MeV, and M(Xi(c)(o)pi(+)pi(-)) - M(Xi(c)(o)) = 347.2 +/- 0.7 +/- 2.0 MeV. We interpret these new sates as the J(P) = 3(-)/2 Xi(cl) particles, the charmed-strange analogs of the Lambda(cl)(+)(2625).
