Research Paper Competition

The K.U. Chapter of Sigma Xi holds a competition for undergraduate and graduate students in the behavioral, natural, and engineering sciences. Winners are judged in three categories: undergraduate, "early" graduate, and "advanced" graduate.

Entrants are judged on the quality of a research investigation as evidenced by an oral presentation. These presentations are judged by a panel of scientists appointed by the executive committee of the KU Chapter of Sigma Xi.
