dc.description.abstractOral history interview with Gopi Sandal conducted by Jeremy Adkison. In this interview, Gopi Sandal discusses her experience of discovering and adopting Vaishnavism (also known as the Hare Krishna Movement). Gopi Sandal also discusses the tenets of her faith, her practice of Hatha yoga, and the mainstream perception of Hare Krishnas. This interview was conducted for the Religion in Kansas course taught at the University of Kansas by Dr. Timothy Miller in the fall of 2010.
