dc.description.abstractOral history interview with Glenn Lindell conducted by Jeffrey Caton in Johnson County, Kansas, on October 24, 2009. In this interview, Glen Lindell, pastor emeritus of the Hillcrest Covenant Church in Prairie Village, Kansas, discusses his training and the influences that shaped his early career as a pastor, as well as his personal experience of faith. He also discusses the development, organization, and missions of the Hillcrest Covenent Church, as well as the role of the church in the fair housing movement in Johnson County. This interview was conducted for the Religion in Kansas course taught at the University of Kansas by Dr. Timothy Miller in the fall of 2009.
