Foster-Terry, pastor of the Victory Tabernacle Church in Topeka, Kansas, discusses the history of the church and her family's role in its establishment and development. This interview was conducted for the Religion in Kansas course taught at the University of Kansas by Dr. Timothy Miller in the fall of 2009.
