David Easley talks about how he became interested in studying Chinese, managed a difficult electromagnetics course at Hong Kong University, and used three languages to have a conversation at a barbecue on Penghu Island.
Description
David Easley studied abroad in Hong Kong in spring, 2015 and in Taiwan during the summer of 2016. He graduated in spring, 2018 from the University of Kansas with bachelors degrees in computer engineering and East Asian languages and cultures: Chinese language and literature.
