Abstract
This proposal describes the plans for reopening an extended-stay hotel in Scott City, Kan. The hotel will be owned and operated by new management - PlainJan's - and will have a new Company name - Cabins on the Plains. The objective of this proposal is to provide PlainJan's management team with a complete business and integrated marketing communications plan for the Company's launch and first year of service. In addition to the business overview, management plan and financial forecast, the project also includes a marketing plan with a situational analysis. This includes a breakdown of the internal communications and the external review of the industry, competition and target consumer. It also reviews the Company's product and services, goals and objectives and SWOT analysis. Finally, the project features strategic marketing communication recommendations and justifications for the new hotel, including strategies and tactics.
