Abstract
This study suggests that the four Victories set up in the Forum Augustum and the Regia in Rome by Augustus may once had belonged to the tent of Alexander the Great. The abstract of this study was published in the AJA (94, 1990, 312); here is the draft of an article on this subject (footnotes 75 to the end need to be used with caution).
