Abstract
The purpose of the Midwest Area Chinese American Resources Guide is to promote multicultural understanding of Chinese Americans and to provide easy access to the Chinese American communities in the Midwest. This 1995 edition is a complete revision of the one published in 1992. The directory covers mostly non-profit organizations in the Midwest, which includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin. All entries are listed by category and within each category by state. In addition to the directory, the Resources Guide includes general information on Chinese Americans and Chinese culture as well as statistical data on the Chinese American population in the Midwest.
