Abstract
In May 2000, the Digital Library Executive Group formed the Digital Library Technical Infrastructure Task Force. This report is a result of Task Force discussions on the technical issues involved in creating a digital library environment for the University of Kansas. Given the volatile nature of technology in general, and digital libraries in particular, this report should be viewed as a framework for technical implementation.
