Abstract
The goal of this project is to apply integrated marketing communications concepts and methods to provide K.C. Hopps, Ltd. with an in-depth analysis of its current situation and strategic recommendations based on findings. The internal review examines the organization and its philosophies, revenues, products and services, goals, strategies and communications. The external review provides an overview of current market conditions and trends, constituents, target audiences and competition. The SWOT analysis examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the company. Lastly, the strategic recommendations section provides K.C. Hopps with corporate objectives and marketing communications objectives, strategies and tactics to implement, as well as justification and economic feasibility for the recommendations.
