Abstract
The traditional idea of a one-to-one mentor/mentee relationship is a holdover from the centuries-old apprenticeship model of professional development. Yet, decades of research describe other effective mentoring relationships. In this interactive closing session, we examine modes of mentoring, reflect on our professional needs, and map our current and desired mentoring networks.
