Abstract
Hathmore Technologies Inc. is a small local company with four full time employees and two part time employees. While it has existed for nearly three decades, it has been the owner's sole focus only for the past five years. It provides environmentally sensitive products and services to homeowners and residential builders. Its employees are environmentally conscientious and dedicated to the cause of building green. This report takes examines Hathmore's business. Then it provides results of several research activities and describes the market landscape. The final section provides recommendations to help Hathmore meet its goals.
