Abstract
This article presents insights from an older adult living with cystic fibrosis about life lessons learned that support living and aging well with CF. It addresses pivotal events and circumstances, including diagnosis in early adulthood, recovery from drowning, marriage, death of an older brother from CF, lifelong holistic care practices, retirement challenges, benefits from Trikafta therapy, and the benefits of practicing mindfulness as a way of life.
