Abstract
Based in part on the author’s fieldwork in the Prekmurje and Porabje regions of Slovenia (then in Yugoslavia) and Hungary, respectively, the work provides a historical and diatopic analysis of the segmental and suprasegmental patterns of this regional variety of Slovene.
