Abstract
The Hispanic population in the United States is increasing at a substantial rate. This influx of Hispanic population is greatly affecting the educational system and workforce. Hispanics' success in higher education will potentially impact the workforce and the economy in the future. As such, it is worthwhile to look at what affects Hispanics' retention in higher education, especially in the business major.
