Abstract
In today’s world, technology plays an important role in the field of education. One of the results of the intersection of education and technology is MOOCs or Massive Open Online Courses. Communication between Learners and Educators and among Learners is a significant factor in determining the success of MOOCs. This is based on the principle that the best kind of learning takes place when there is an exchange of thoughts and ideas, and people learn from each other just as much as from the courses. This project studies and explores how the experience of real-world interaction can be replicated in online courses and create a sense of community. The more Learners participate in interaction with each other and Educators, the more likely they are to succeed in the course, and thereby turn their experience into genuine learning. Similarly, Educators will be able to provide much more enriching teaching experiences through effective communication and interaction with Learners.
