In honor of its 10-year anniversary, The GPEN Executive Committee and the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Kansas are pleased to have hosted the 6th biennial GPEN conference, GPEN 2006, at the University of Kansas (Lawrence, KS) on October 25-27, 2006. This meeting included 37 podia and 85 posters presented by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. In addition, leading experts from academia and industry instructed students in eight half-day short courses covering topics in the pharmaceutical sciences.
